The second International Festival #app was inaugurated this morning in the presence of, among others, the Vice President of the Umbria Region, Fabio Paparelli, the Mayor of Todi, Carlo Rossini, the Rector of the University for Foreigners of Perugia, John Paciullo , Professor Gianluca Won, representing the University of Perugia, Eugenio Guarducci, President of Sedicieventi and Fabio Lalli, artistic Director of #todiappydays and CEO IQUII.
