Milan, 16 October 2017 - Creativity, efficiency, and accessibility: these are the keywords for Carpigiani's participation at Host 2017 (20-24 October - FieraMilano), the most important #event in the HoReCa, #food service, retail, mass retail and hospitality industries. The booth of the Bolognese company, the world leader in the production of artisanal #gelato machines, will be located in Hall 10. In addition to numerous tips for #gelato and pastry professionals, Carpigiani will present the world premiere of new machines for #food retail, providing intelligent, practical, functional, and affordable solutions. The new SC-Cup, the automatic machine that introduces the Capsule Technology for the first time in the #gelato world. The world of cafés will no longer be the same with Automat, which can be paired with an automatic coffee machine to produce a good fresh coffee-flavored #gelato in a few seconds. The booth will feature reproductions of settings like a bakery, a convenience store and a café dedicated to the sweetness and nutrition offered by a #gelato combined with fruit juices, crepes, coffee, and smoothies.Carpigiani #gelato University, the international #gelato school with 12 campuses in the world and 7,000 students per year of all nationalities, will make its instructors available for demonstrations dedicated to artisanal #gelato and #gelato pastries, ready to unveil all the potential of the technology on display. The new Carpigiani #gelato University - Foodservice Professionals area is the training program based in London with a mission to develop new skills for Chefs and Pastry Chefs of restaurants, hotels, catering & banqueting, including #gelato in the menu from the most elaborate desserts to savory dishes. Among the special events scheduled, a presentation by chef Davide Oldani on 20 October at 3:30 pm about #gelato in a great cuisine from amuse-bouche to dessert. Oldani will talk with Luciano Ferrari, Technical Manager of #carpigianigelato University, telling how #gelato has changed his menu. Carpigiani is among the sponsors of Italian #gelato, the focus on #gelato making organized by Italian Gourmet that will take place in Hall 6. On October 23, at 4.30 pm, Alice Vignoli, instructor at #carpigianigelato University, will lecture visitors about the development of #food retail between style and technological innovation.
