AMD Joins Open Network Foundation to Drive Network Infrastructure Transformation
The Open Networking Foundation (ONF) is a non-profit operator led consortium driving transformation of network infrastructure and carrier #business models. ONF focuses on SDN (Software-Defined Networking), 5G Infrastructure and Edge Computing. AMD is a new ONF member, and plans to collaborate with service providers, customers and partners in the ONF community to develop and prototype next generation network infrastructure on AMD based platforms.
