Jammers rejoice: Windjammers 2 free DLC update today introduces full crossplay, two new players, new features, a new mode and more for all your jamming needs
Amateur disc golf enthusiasts at Dotemu (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge, Streets of Rage 4) today dropped a major free new update to the 2022 cult hit, Windjammers 2, PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, as well as PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S via backward compatibility. Jammers can save 50 percent until October 25 through Steam, the Nintendo eShop or a #playstation Plus subscription.
The new free update welcomes two new characters, android Jamma GX03 and Polish powerhouse Anna Szalinky alongside How To Play and Practice modes, as well as a variety of new online features like Lobbies and the long-awaited full Crossplay - hit the beach and jam with your friends no matter the platform.
Making her debut into the Flying Power Disc Federation is Jamma GX03, an android whose well-balanced power and speed can rival the best on the court. Major sponsor Todemu created Jamma GX03 to combat a drop in audience numbers, but in doing so their creation promises to herald a new era of competition in the prestigious windjamming #sport and she's already showing promise as a fan-favorite.
Also joining the roster is Polish Anna Szalinky, an orphan who grew up in the circus before running away. Honing her skills as a slower but extremely powerful weightlifter, she is determined to win the cup and use her newfound position in order to defend animals and take revenge on the circuses who mistreat them.
