Speaking about the release, Lion Castle CEO Ronnie Nelis said, "Covid-19 has made a tremendous impact on people all over the world and countless children will not be able to go on holiday this year, so we wanted to try and bring a little happiness to them with Mickey Storm. To be able to work with #warchild to also do some good for children in conflict zones who really do have nothing, is equally important to us."

Head of Gaming Partnerships at #warchild, David Miller added, "We were delighted when the Lion Castle team chose #warchild to be its charity partner. We have quite a long history of working with games and we're proud to have Mickey Storm as the newest member of the family."

Mickey Storm and the Cursed Mask is now for sale on digital stores priced from £13.49/€14.99. It is rated PEGI 3, E or Everyone and is available now for Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5 and Xbox One®.

ABOUT #warchild UK
War Child UK is the only specialist charity for children affected by conflict. For more than two decades we've been driven by a single goal – for no child's life to be torn apart by war. We aim to reach children as early as possible when conflict breaks out and stay to support them through their recovery – keeping them safe, helping them learn and cope with their experiences, and equipping them with skills for the future.

We understand children's needs, respect their rights, and put them at the centre of the solution and campaign for changes to policies and practices to support children in conflict, working with children and young people themselves to demand their rights.

Together with our partners we deliver our vital, life-saving work in 15 countries across Africa, Asia and the Middle East, and Latin America. In 2019 alone, we reached over 100,000 children.
