Citroën is launching its new Lifestyle Citroën online store so that brand enthusiasts can find their favorite products on a new platform, redesigned to offer a quality experience with a smoother purchasing journey from order to delivery.
Customers will be able to find a large sample of products ranging from miniature cars to clothing, children's toys, bicycles or even fashion accessories.
Being now accessible from a computer, tablet computers and smartphones, the Citroën Lifestyle store can be configured in four languages - French, English, Spanish and Italian. The German language will be added in early May and Portuguese and Dutch will be added in early June. A multilingual call center in these seven languages will also be available to inform customers.
The Citroën Lifestyle store is open to all types of payment, from bank cards to online payments, to adapt to the uses of its customers and enables easy delivery to a large number of countries. Developed from the e-commerce platform operated by ORECA Digital Retail, it benefits from the 40 years of experience of this major player in the distribution of derivative products.
